University of Winchester: MSc Managing Contemporary Global Issues with Development and Environment (Merit) - specialisation in strategic management and evaluation. Other professional training: outcomes harvesting, Kepner-Tregoe Global Resolution, Project Management (PMBOK), SPSS, arts-based evaluation, Nvivo, feminist evaluation, conflict management, rubrics-enhanced evaluation, contribution tracing, etc.

I have approximately 15 years experience at the nexus between a) strategy; b) organisational development, knowledge management and c) monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL).
My work is known for the use of innovative and complex theory-based approaches, systems thinking and participatory methods to design, evaluate and learn from social innovations, large investments and development programmes – producing strategically and operationally relevant findings that help improve practice, decision making and learning.

I also love sharing knowledge as well as supporting the professional development of others – that is why I have a long list of publications and public talks in different languages as well as extensive experience mentoring, coaching & training others.
