I have a 20+ year corporate career in marketing, advertising insight and social impact consulting, most recently, supporting private sector organisations with activating the ‘S’ in their ESG strategies.

I do this by co-creating insight led HR and communication strategies, facilitating workshops and developing training programmes, tailored to the C-suite and all levels of an organisation. My facilitation style is dynamic, inclusive and collaborative.

Shaped by my own intersectional identity, I am motivated by work where both business and society win. Empirical evidence proves the value of an embedded socially responsible strategy on the bottom line, your talent, and the communities you serve or represent. I thrive when my clients also share a vision of long term, sustainable change for all.

Outside of the private sector, I’ve been the President and Non - Executive Director of Bloom UK, a network for intersectional gender equity in the marketing and advertising sector, and campaigned with Stonewall, as a school role model.

I lead a values based life, defined by integrity, openness, growth, drive, and fun. These values impact how I show up, both in work and out.
