Shaista Aziz

Shaista Aziz is an award winning anti-racism and equalities campaigner and co Director of The Three Hijabis. Shaista is a journalist and senior communications specialist, having spent more than twenty years working on operational and crisis media and communications in complex humanitarian emergencies globally with the international aid sector.

Shaista is a skilled and experienced international public speaker, writer, coach and mentor. She is currently close to completing more than four years of study in Transactional Analysis (TA) Training in the area of therapeutic counselling.

Shaista has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Cricket Scotland and is a prestigious Churchill Fellow, researching how to make football more equitable for Muslim women and girls.
