A Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practitioner and advisor, who specializes in helping organizations advance their DEI efforts sustainably, through a global, enterprise-wide and equity-based lens.

For organisations, I offer DEI advisory support, consulting, training and facilitation to ensure their DEI strategy is sustainable, organisation-wide, global and equity-focused. I also help organisations embed DEI into their products and services.

I specifically enjoy working with smaller and mid-sized organisations where DEI solutions are highly nuanced and specific. For individuals, I offer DEI coaching and consulting to ensure they are effective in their own DEI practice.
