Nick helps senior leaders to move. An executive advisor and changemaker, he works at the intersection of strategy, D&I, leadership and culture change, enabling social impact via structural and individual interventions. He is a deep thinker on D&I and an active social and cultural historian, having published two books (one on the history of sexual violence and one on building inclusive and equitable organisations, as co-author) and many articles in trade magazines, academic journals and beyond. Nick has held senior management positions within Deloitte and Included, and sits on several educational and advocacy boards as an adviser.
