Naomi Pollard

I help organisations design and deliver research and evaluation projects that drive social change.

BA Politics & French, MSc Media & Communication (with research methods), PGCE Social Science

My work draws on 20 years’ research and teaching experience. Starting my career at Ipsos MORI and ippr, I was then a secondary school and sixth form teacher for nine years before returning to research and evaluation consultancy in 2018.

Experience of working across a plethora of policy areas, with a particular expertise in education. Passionate about ensuring research represents, engages and empowers those with lived experience of social injustice and marginalisation.

Deep expertise in designing and undertaking qualitative research and evaluation projects involving a wide range of participants, including organisations’ clients, employees and stakeholders. Also highly experienced in survey design, analysis and desk research. I love working with clients to produce accessible, articulate and impactful project outputs.
