Leadership coach helping directors and heads of team move past work challenge to feel lighter and calmer.

Professional Certified Coach with the ICF, Action Learning Facilitator, Mental Health First Aider, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner

I’ve been coaching leaders across the globe since 2011, leaders who may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, dealing with a difficult work relationship, recovering from a restructure or any number of other challenging situations. I blend therapeutic approaches from energy psychology and practical tools from Resilience Dynamic® into my coaching work, which means I am equipped to support you to process difficult periods in your working life, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter and ready to move forward.

How would you describe yourself or your work in a few words?
Leadership & team coach who creates a space where you feel heard and safe, so you process all that’s happened, then decide what’s next.

Is there a role or project you are particularly proud of, or feel represents your work?
I work with a range of clients across the corporate, charity and public sectors both 1-1 and with leadership teams. The client that springs to mind came to me because she knew she was ready for a director role in a large public sector organisation, but something was holding her back: it was the voice in her head of an old boss telling her she wasn’t strategic enough, and didn’t have the gravitas for senior leadership.

Logically she knew that wasn’t true. Emotionally she was holding onto it. In our six sessions not only did we move past this unhelpful ghost of an old boss, leaving her calmer, and lighter, we also explored her leadership strengths using the Emotions & Behaviours at Work framework. She then successfully influenced senior colleagues to be invited to apply for a newly created role, interviewed for it and was appointed.

This sums up the breadth of the coaching work I do – from emotional and messy and let’s process this therapeutically - to focused, energised and able to perform at the highest levels.
