Leadership coach helping directors and heads of team feel calm, confident, and creative.

Professional Certified Coach with the ICF, Action Learning Facilitator, Mental Health First Aider, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner

I am a leadership coach with 10 plus years of experience in coaching leaders and managers from a variety of sectors and global locations. I love to support those often overwhelmed, exhausted middle-senior managers, and focus on both the practical - preparing for difficult conversations, influencing, and the inner of work of self-belief, mindset, and confidence. As well as 1-1 coaching I run my own small group leadership development programme, design, and deliver one off workshops and team away days and am often asked to partner on longer term projects around culture and ways of working. If it helps leaders and managers feel supported, so they and their teams can develop, I'm there!

How would you describe yourself or your work in a few words?
Leadership coach, workshop design, facilitator.

Is there a role or project you are particularly proud of, or feel represents your work?
I work with a range of clients across the corporate, charity and public sectors. I love to partner with organisations to create meaningful learning opportunities, that have lasting impact. An example of this is the leadership development product I developed with VSO. This began life as a face-to-face programme for new managers, with a virtual and face to face cohorts. It developed into a blended product including short videos and worksheets and highly interactive, bite size live sessions where participants practiced their skills, received support, and shared learning and insight. This blend became the basis for my own open leadership programme - From Frazzled Boss to Inspiring Leader, which blends short bite size videos with action learning, skills practice and 1-1 leadership coaching. This programme has had some wonderful feedback - helping leaders to learn from each other, have space to think and build some essential practical skills for leading people effectively.
