Jennie Cashman
Founder, CEO, facilitator, coach, mentor, strategist, and published author with 15 years’ experience in the creative industries.
I'm a practical creative who is happiest when I can deliver interactive, thought-provoking experiences that build trust and embrace risk playfully.
I do this by helping ambitious creatives, entrepreneurs and consultants who feel constantly ‘on’ take back control of their time, energy and focus so they can grow their career or business without sacrificing their health or creativity.
I also help senior leaders build high-performing, collaborative teams by tackling communication breakdowns, decision paralysis, and creative stagnation so they can build stronger connections, make better decisions, and unlock fresh insights.
I use science-backed approaches that harnesses storytelling, creative thinking, and embodied problem-solving helping my clients break free from rigid, reactive ways of working and maintain momentum even in high-pressure situations.
I’m a certified coach (ILM Level 7) and a member of the Association of Coaching. I’m also a trained creative facilitator and am certified in the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
I was the Founder & CEO of the Abram Wilson charity for 11 years: helping minoritised young talent access the music industry, growing the charity into a multi six-figure organisation after my husband Abram passed in 2012.
I’m a WISE100 honouree, WACL Talent Award recipient, and published author of the Guardian-reviewed children’s book ‘Becoming Brave’.
My style is high energy, interactive, engaging, collaborative, playful, open and fun.
