• How to set up impactful, well-funded and focused programmes, particularly in the health sector;
• How to help corporate, public and social sector institutions lead responsibly and make meaningful change in their organisations.

• 25+ years of experience from having worked across UK and global organisations with changemakers and the big levers of power, including the UN, philanthropists and with a leadership institute working with over 700 leaders from public, private and social sector organisations.

• Bring people together to identify what’s driving a problem or challenge and how they can collaborate to take action to change the system.
• Support individuals and teams with leadership development, focusing on psychological safety, high-performing cultures, stakeholders and their power and influence.
• Help people to get the best out of themselves
• Find opportunities to energise groups and high-performing teams.
• Work hard but also enjoy a laugh!

What do you like to do for fun?
I love to silversmith, spend time with friends and family, enjoy getting to know different cultures and travel, and to hike in nature.

If you had a day where you could do absolutely anything, what would you do?
Go for a long walk in nature followed by a pub lunch with friends.
