I will bring fun into operational delivery, light touch (but efficient and effective) processes and a sense of capacity. I'll be aiming to help every member of the WRKWLL team perform their best. I love to hear feedback - about how I'm doing and processes. In particular I enjoy hearing people finish the sentence "I wish we could just ... " - and then trying to make that happen where appropriate.
How would you describe yourself or your work in a few words?
Operations. Fun. Enabler.
What do you like to do for fun?
It is not always fun but I do love to run and in particular am a dedicated parkrunner and volunteer. It brings a sense of community and fun that I love to start my weekend days.
If you had a day where you could do absolutely anything, what would you do?
I suspect my answer to this would change every day depending how I'm feeling. Generally though I'd want to be with my wife, relaxed, in warm/hot weather and great views.
