I am interested in people and their stories, experiences, challenges and hopes and working together to bring about sustainable, positive change! As a mediator, coach, trainer, facilitator and mentor, I have worked with youth, families, businesses and communities across Europe, Africa and Asia. Living in different countries has developed my understanding of cultural diversity which plays such an important role in our daily lives and interactions. I’m increasingly enjoying supporting individuals and teams through periods of transition – into parenthood, new areas of work, or retirement; exploring their values and understand the systems that influence their worlds. Curiosity, authenticity, and humour are my guides!

How would you describe yourself or your work in a few words?
Connection, collaboration, curiosity, creativity, fun!

Is there a role or project you are particularly proud of, or feel represents your work?
I loved thinking through this question, which walked me down a memory lane of projects with diverse groups in various countries. It’s hard to pick a single example but the most fulfilling transformations I’ve been fortunate enough to be part of through my work have often been those in which a genuine sense of curiosity was either present from the start or emerged as we progressed. I’ve experienced this in mediations within businesses and between families – when a sense of being heard nurtured progress and the development of an agreement; or in a community where facilitating training on gender and equality opened a door for women to challenge a patriarchal system; or in a coaching session when an individual feels safe enough to be vulnerable and dream. It is the accumulation of small moments that can sometimes add up to significant changes and it is a joy to be involved in those moments.

What do you like to do for fun?
Exploring new places both near and far!

If you had a day where you could do absolutely anything, what would you do?
I would teleport myself to an island off the coast of Canada where I grew up and spend the day swimming at the beach with family and friends, followed by an evening of delicious food and dancing under the stars!
