Strategic Planning - National Youth Agency

We worked with National Youth Agency to support the creation of their new 5-year plan.

We did this through a series of:
• Anonymous surveys to capture broad input
• 2 away days
• 1-2-1 conversations
• Co-creation of drafts

At the conclusion, when their new five year plan had been formulated, feedback included:
