Strategic Planning and Organisational Values - Re-Engage

We worked with Re-Engage to refresh their organisational values, so they become the foundation and most effective catalyst for the implementation of their new Strategy.

  • Our team established a cross-organisational project group to ensure this work was fully co-created.
  • The team met monthly, to consolidate the ongoing project work which engaged and sought broad input from all stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • The team have now launched a new set of values and are embedding them across all their work.
