A day in the life of a WRKWLL Associate
Looking from the outside, WRKWLL may seem like just another consultancy offering expert specialist interventions across a range of fields. But, it's much more profound! In my lived experience informed words WRKWLL can be summed in 3 words, a Collective, Community and Family.
WRKWLL is a Collective of people passionately harnessing the diversity of skills, knowledges and experiences and applying these 'expertise' through radical collaboration to co-create meaningful change whilst envisioning a better future for the individuals, organisations and communities we work with.
Through working together rooted in our values, we build a COMMUNITY of solidarity anchored in trusted relationships and a shared vision for transformative individual, organisational and systemic change. As a collective and community, we can challenge and support, inspire and influence as we navigate the complex yet hopeful contours of the ambition of the people, structures and infrastructures we work with.
Harnessing our Collective and Community resources, WRKWLL has become a FAMILY to me, where I experience collective care, community resilience and a safe space where I can be joyful and sad, fragile and thrive, brave and vulnerable, but most importantly, be simply and wholly human- Head, Body and Soul.
Being our whole and authentic selves at WRKWLL, we connect deeply with the individuals, organisations, communities we work we with and in doing, we inspire each other to dream and materialize their best versions of themselves and their teams, organisations and communities. At WRKWLL, We seek to do so with humility, generosity and joy. I experience the tingles of the challenge and the fulfillment of the harvest at the end of each WRKWLL day, because it is a Collective, A Community and Family.
Passionate about equity, authentic leadership, people development, organisational resilience, transformational change and social justice.
